Ships from Queensland — Fast Australia-wide Delivery

Shipping & Delivery

1. Order Processing

Orders placed before 2 PM AEST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day, provided all items are in stock. Orders placed after this cutoff, on weekends, or on Australian public holidays are processed the following business day.

Some items may be held by a supplier rather than in our Queensland warehouse. These typically dispatch within 1 to 3 weeks of the order being placed. If we expect a longer delay we will contact you directly.

In some cases we may transfer stock between locations to optimise delivery time to your address. This is part of our normal logistics process and any minor delay it causes is offset by a faster overall arrival.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. We do not offer flat-rate or free shipping at this time.

Standard Shipping

Typically delivers within 2 to 8 business days after dispatch, depending on destination.

Express Shipping

Typically delivers within 1 to 4 business days after dispatch, depending on destination.

Bulky or heavy items (e.g. rack-mount UPS units, full-size racks) may attract a freight surcharge — this is shown at checkout before payment.

3. Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched we will email you a tracking link. You can also access tracking from the order history section of your Pacific Network Supplies account.

A parcel may occasionally be split across multiple shipments and dispatched from different locations or carriers. Each tracking link reflects only the items in that shipment.

4. Failed Delivery & Re-delivery

If a courier attempts delivery and no one is available to receive the parcel, it may be redirected to the nearest collection point shown on your tracking page. Please bring valid photo ID when collecting.

5. International Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only. International expansion is on our roadmap — subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

6. Delays Beyond Our Control

To the extent permitted by law, Pacific Network Supplies is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including carrier delays, supplier delays, severe weather, or other force-majeure events. We will keep you informed and work to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
